Terms
Terms applying to use of the site and to the sale of Private Access.
These terms govern use of adaahlaw.com and the sale of Private Access, a temporary access to a space of photographic content reserved to verified adults.
The site is for adults only. By entering, you state that you are eighteen or older. Access to areas holding adult content further requires age verification by a specialist provider.
The publisher may refuse or withdraw access to the site from any person, without having to give reasons.
Private Access is a single thirty-day access, priced at 89 euros including tax. It does not renew automatically and gives rise to no recurring charge.
It opens the photographic series published during its term, at ten photographs a week. Series published earlier are not included, nor are those published between two accesses when a member takes out a new one after a break.
Access is strictly personal. Sharing credentials, reproducing or distributing the content leads to immediate withdrawal of access, without prejudice to any proceedings.
Private Access concerns digital content supplied immediately, without a physical medium.
At payment you are asked to give express consent to performance beginning immediately, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. That consent is confirmed to you on a durable medium. Absent both, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies.
TO BE REVIEWED BY A LAWYER BEFORE ANY SALE.
The site presents an activity and allows a request to be submitted. It is neither a booking service nor a means of concluding or paying for a meeting. No date, availability or meeting rate is offered for sale on it.
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the site available, without guaranteeing continuity of service. The site may be closed temporarily, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
These terms are governed by GOVERNING LAW. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any proceedings. Consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
